You’ll start off with a small team 1-3 employees. The beauty of this business is that it’s not a labor heavy model. Your equipment will do a lot of the work while you or your team will monitor the dry out process. We like to say that most of your employees plug into a wall!

True North offers larger territory than our competitors. In our mutual discovery process, we build out an ideal territory together. We will ensure that you have enough population, households, and businesses to scale a large business and become an integral part of your community.
