COMPREHENSIVE FRANCHISE & INDUSTRY TRAINING

Our training program is designed to give you the skills and knowledge you need to be successful in the restoration industry. We’ll teach you everything you need to know from estimating and marketing to running a crew and dealing with insurance companies. Our goal is to ensure you have all the tools you need to succeed in your business.

Training is both in-person and online. We require owners or their general manager to have a WRT (Water Restoration Technician) certification that is done through the IICRC. We provide extensive training to cover all aspects of running a restoration business. 

ONBOARDING

The True North Franchisee Support Plan is a structured, ongoing program designed to provide comprehensive guidance and accountability to franchise owners from launch through long-term operation.

At the startup phase, franchisees undergo a five-day training at headquarters, followed by three to five days of on-the-job training at an established franchise location, along with a two-day field visit from Regional Development personnel.

For the first 24 weeks, franchisees participate in weekly one-on-one coaching calls with their Regional Director.

ONGOING SUPPORT

As the business grows, ongoing support continues with monthly strategic calls focused on finance, marketing, operations, and administration, supplemented by regular follow-up emails, weekly owner calls, monthly business planning reviews, and annual in-person visits.
