The True North Restoration Franchise Support Plan provides comprehensive assistance for both new and existing franchisees, starting with a robust onboarding process that includes headquarters training, field experience at an existing location, and weekly coaching calls for six months.

New franchisees receive individual and group collaboration meetings every week for the first 6 months of starting a True North location.  From there the individual support shifts to monthly with weekly collaboration meetings with other franchisee continuing.

Ongoing support features monthly check-ins with a Regional Director, weekly group calls, SWOT reviews, and annual in-person visits. Franchisees are equipped with tools like financial planning software, quality reviews, and sales route mapping apps.

Our training and continued support ensures strong operational, marketing, and production support for True North Restoration franchisees to thrive in the damage restoration industry!
